With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, I’ve seen what happens when women are given a prescription… without a plan especially midlife women juggling hormones, careers, family, stress, and changing bodies.
I’ve worked across med-surg, labor & delivery, ER, home health, wound care, and leadership. I’ve supported women at their highest highs and lowest lows, and one truth stands out:

I’m not just a nurse. I’m an educator, coach, and advocate for women on GLP-1s who feel stuck, confused, or unsupported. I help women understand how these medications work, protect their muscle and metabolism, navigate plateaus, fuel their bodies, and create lifestyle changes that actually last.

The mission is to bridge the gap between prescription and progress by providing nurse-led education, lifestyle guidance, and accountability that help individuals on GLP-1 medications achieve sustainable, confident results. The vision is a future where people on GLP-1 medications are fully supported not just prescribed so long-term health, confidence, and lasting success become the standard, not the exception.
